New opportunity for a Senior Java Software Engineer/Programmer with J2SE, J2EE, threads, memory management, socket programming, XML, schemas, serial comms, software integration, Scripting, JavaScript, Eclipse, JDBC, Oracle DB apps, JBOSS and Struts for a prestigious blue chip company based in Luton. Will be responsible for implementing new POS features, extensions and localisations. Analyse specifications and requirements. Produce implementation designs. Interface with core Developers, Designers, Product Manager and lead the design and implementation of QA processes and coordination. Any POS, Visual Studio, configuration management with CVS and/or subversion a plus.
